Ronald E. Silva
Mr. Silva is the Founding Principal, President and Chief Executive Officer of FCP. Mr. Silva also serves as the Chairman of all Investment Committees of FCP and its affiliates. Mr. Silva directs the overall management, investment decisions and strategic growth initiatives of FCP. In forming FCP, Mr. Silva fulfilled a lifelong desire to build a firm that operates according to his high standards of excellence in both performance and service. Mr. Silva has spent the past 30 years investing on behalf of institutional clients in a variety of real estate and operating company opportunities. Prior to forming FCP, Mr. Silva served as Executive VP of Lowe Enterprises, Inc., and was responsible for investments exceeding $2.0 billion in contributed equity. While at Lowe, he formed the structured finance team, which subsequently led to the formation of FCP. Prior to joining Lowe, Mr. Silva developed his fundamental real estate and credit skills at Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Silva has spent the majority of his professional career within the pension real estate industry and served on the Governing Board of the Pension Real Estate Association. Mr. Silva is currently the Chairman of the Board of Golden Living Center, Salude, AlixaRx and Aegis Therapies, providing national healthcare services, and Board Member of Scioto Properties, providing group homes nationally to the developmentally disabled community.

Timothy C. Getz
Mr. Getz is the Executive VP for FCP. Mr. Getz also serves as the Vice-Chairman of all Investment Committees of FCP and its affiliates. Mr. Getz is the principal architect of FCP’s investment philosophies, heads the strategic planning steering committee and implementation efforts. Prior to the formation of FCP, Mr. Getz served as a Senior VP for Lowe Enterprises, Inc., and together with Mr. Silva developed the structured finance, distressed debt and corporate investment programs. Previously, Mr. Getz was the Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer of Glimcher Realty Trust, a public retail REIT. Mr. Getz is also a former Board Member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. In addition, Mr. Getz directed the real estate and alternative investment programs for the Public Employees’ Retirement System of Ohio where his endeavors resulted in the investment of $4.0 billion of public capital over a fourteen-year period. Mr. Getz has had a 25-year association with Mr. Silva in various endeavors.

Paul DiGiorgio
Mr. DiGiorgio is the President of Fillmore Property Group, LTD., a multi-disciplinary real estate firm that invests, develops, constructs, and manages properties across a variety of sectors; including retail, hospitality, industrial, and multi-family. Paul is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the firm, and coordination between its affiliate companies, Fillmore Capital Partners, Fillmore Hospitality and Fillmore Capital Affordable Housing. Mr. DiGiorgio has had the distinct pleasure of planning and developing real estate projects nationally over a 25 year span; a pursuit which continues today. He has been fortunate over the years to have been involved with various volunteer organizations, and is a current member of International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Urban Land Institute.

B. Thomas Goodwin
Mr. Goodwin leads Fillmore Hospitality by working with corporate and property teams and clients in a collaborative manner to achieve the company's strategic goals by leveraging our best thinking, our best practices and our best efforts - every day. Previously, Tom served as President of Professional Hospitality Resources in Virginia Beach where he led a team of 1,600 associates working in a portfolio of seven lodging properties and six destination restaurants. Prior to joining PHR, Tom was President of Becker Lodging Ventures, a hospitality investment and management firm where he provided executive leadership for a hotel portfolio valued in excess of $400 million. Tom also spent many years at Destination Hotels & Resorts, where he played a critical role in building DH&R from three properties to the then largest operator of independently branded hotels and resorts in the U.S. Tom has extensive experience working with independent and branded properties at all price points across the U.S. and in the United Kingdom.

Diane Olmstead
Ms. Olmstead is President of Fillmore Capital Affordable Housing, LLC. With over 30 years of real estate experience in investing, corporate finance and capital-raising. During that time, she has originated and closed over $2 billion in loans, property acquisitions and joint ventures and has executed the workout and restructuring of $1.3 billion of real estate assets. Previously, Ms. Olmstead has been Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, an affordable housing developer/operator of over 12,000 units. Preceding BRIDGE, Ms. Olmstead co-founded W3 Partners in 2009 and served as its Co-Chief Executive Officer. W3 Partners was a pension fund manager with a value add office building strategy. Prior to founding W3, Ms. Olmstead was a Principal at CIM Group served as Principal of Investment & Development, and prior to that was an EVP at iStar Financial, a publicly traded REIT, where she headed the Western U.S. Ms. Olmstead has been a Director of Extra Space Storage Inc. since December 2013 and was previously a director or Mercy Housing California, (an affordable housing developer) and Synedgen, Inc. (a bio-tech company), and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Development (U.C. Berkeley). Ms. Olmstead received an MBA from Pepperdine University.
